This is a "come and go" event with no formal presentations. Your input is essential to our next three years of community health planning.
The 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) involved collecting data through a community input survey, key informant interviews, focus groups, and secondary data collection. The CHNA provides Sheboygan County with information on the health of county residents.
